Pano Extreme Workshop
(multi row pano and stitching)
This Multi-Row Panorama Image of the Palace of Fine Arts is made up of 51 individual images.
Using only a 24MP full-frame camera and a nifty 50mm lens, I took 3 rows of 17 images. The images were then "stitched" together into a final 3GB image.
This specialized technique illustrates using the sharpest part of your lens (the center), and creates a wide-angle image with extreme sharpness from edge to edge, no edge distortion, and a very large file size.
This image is 3.7GB
Here is a close-up of the edge detail on the far left side.
